2. Maintain Professionalism and Empathy
Adhere to a high level of professionalism by promptly responding to student queries, messages, and lesson requests within a reasonable time frame. Keep your profile updated and minimize the need for rescheduling or declining lesson requests. Take the initiative in engaging with and supporting students, ensuring a conducive learning environment with proper lighting, minimal distractions, and a fast internet connection. Always prioritize the students' privacy, seeking their explicit consent for any recording, and being available for the full duration of scheduled lessons.
3. Punctuality and Attendance
Ensure responsible attendance at scheduled lessons, with rescheduling or cancellation being the last resort.
4. Be an Ambassador for TalkingCamp
Maintain a positive attitude towards TalkingCamp and refrain from making negative comments about the platform.
Activities Not Allowed and Consequences:
The following actions are not permitted on TalkingCamp and may result in account deactivation and removal from the platform:
- Taking students or teachers off TalkingCamp or accepting payment outside of the TalkingCamp system.
- Promoting competing language services.
- Engaging in spamming, disrespectful language, use of obscenities, or theft of personal information.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Scheduling and starting lessons with yourself or fake students.
- Sharing private contact information, including social media accounts, email addresses, blogs, websites, IDs, and usernames.
- Engaging in extremely negative or defamatory behavior towards others and TalkingCamp.
